Are You Getting The Best Price?

Divers have many choices when shopping for equipment, and more and more today the choice is not between local dive centers, but between large warehouse operations such as Leisurepro and ScubaToys.com.  No one likes to pay more for the same item, and many customers end up torn between wanting to support their local dive shop, and taking advantage of the potential lower prices available from these online outlets.

Dive shops are value added retailers, often helping divers make their purchase through experience and first-hand knowledge of the available equipment. Your dive center helps to insure you have properly fitting gear, and provides professional assembly and support for your new equipment after your purchase.

Some divers will opt for the “best of worlds”, using the experience and knowledge of their local dive retailer to help make their equipment selection and fitting, and then shopping online for the best price for the gear they have tried on.  It is hard to say it is wrong to shop for the best price, but for the small retailer this behavior adds a lot of extra work while making it increasingly difficult to stay profitable.

We all love diving, and making the right choices financially is important to keep more people active in the sport. The " flip" side to this, of course, there has been a wave of closings for small dive shops across the country over the last several years, and many more are likely to follow. Doing something you love for a living is awesome, but if it is not profitable as a business, it is better as just a hobby.

At Aqua Center we have developed a policy that assures our customers of getting the best of both worlds. Aqua Center will match any authorized dealer’s price on major equipment purchases, including online dealers. Our goal is to offer our customers best pricing on all the equipment we sell, while also offering the added value of services such as professional assembly, maintenance, and fitting of equipment.

Aqua Center will also offer our own simple addition to the manufacturer’s warrantee: For any equipment purchased at Aqua Center that has to be taken out of service for a warranted repair, Aqua Center will provide a free rental replacement for your dives while the item is being serviced.

Best price, best service, and our own "keep you in the water" warrantee will make shopping at Aqua center your best choice with an unbeatable combination of through the door service and online pricing.

JW Fisher Underwater Metal Detection Equipment

- Fisher Pulse 8 Underwater Metal Detector with external connection option

- Fisher 8" x 48" towed detection coil with skids & 100' cable

JW Fisher Pulse 8 Underwater metal detector comes with the standard 7.5" detection coil and has the optional external connector that allows the detector to be used with a variety of different sized coils. The larger 16” coil can be used for a wider detection area, and has excellent sensitivity for bigger targets such as moorings, anchors, outboard motors, or maybe shipwreck cannons! The detector and 8" x 48" coil are newly refurbished from JW Fisher and have no use on land or in the water use since picked up in June 2016

This equipment would cost $4,335.00 if purchased new at MSRP, selling the package for $2,400.0
